Hello! The 2021 – 2022 registration is right around the corner! I want to quickly review important dates and registration information as we move forward so that everyone can be prepared.
Important Dates
- All fees must be paid in full for the current school year and previous years including Fee Management (school fees of all types, activity fees, course fees etc…), and Food Service (lunch account balances) by April 8th to qualify for the early registration incentive fee rate.
- Online registration for the 2021 – 2022 school year is scheduled to open April 27th. Early incentive rates will be applied to eligible accounts at this time and must be paid before June 4th.
- In-person registration for 2021 – 2022 available at MJH on Wednesday, June 2nd, 7 am – 6 pm.
- Early incentive fee rates will end June 4th. All early incentive payments must be made on or before June 4th. After this date the original registration fee amounts as listed below will apply. The early incentive rate is no longer available after June 4th.
- Registration must be complete by July 16th to ensure our ability to transport students at the beginning of the school-year.
Fees
- Kindergarten - $140 registration fee, $100 registration fee if eligible for early registration incentive
- 1st & 2nd Grade - $145 registration fee, $105 registration fee if eligible for early registration incentive
- 3rd Grade - $158 registration fee, $118 registration fee if eligible for early registration Incentive
- 4th – 8th Grade - $153 registration fee, $113 registration fee if eligible for early registration Incentive
- SVHS - $168 registration fee, $128 registration fee if eligible for early registration incentive
- ONLY students with ZERO remaining fees are eligible for early registration incentive
- The above rates have not increased, but include required items that were priced separately in previous years.
Registering on time is an important function of our community supporting our schools. The act of registering and paying fees on-time not only supports our budgeting process, but more importantly allows schools and transportation to operate as smooth as possible at the outset of the school-year.

La inscripción para 2021 – 2022 llegará pronto. Rápidamente yo quiero revisar las fechas importantes y la información de inscripción para que todos puedan estar preparados como procedemos.
Fechas Importantes
- Todas las cuotas de matriculación tienen que ser pagadas en su totalidad para el año escolar actual y los cargos previos, incluyendo gestión de tarifas (todos tipos de cuotas escolares, cuotas para actividades, cuotas de cursos, etc…) y Servicios Alimentarios (saldos de las cuentas personales del almuerzo) para el 8 de abril para calificar para inscripción temprana y el incentivo de cuotas reducidas.
- Registracion electronico para el año escolar 2021 – 2022 está programada para comenzar el 27 de abril. Los incentivos de inscripción temprana serán aplicadas a las cuentas elegibles, estas deben ser pagados antes del 4 de junio.
- Inscripción en persona para el año escolar 2021 – 2022 será disponible en Meridian Jr. High el martes
2 de junio, 7 am-6 pm.
- Las cuotas reducidas para inscripción temprana terminarán el 4 de junio. Todos los pagos incentivos deberán ser pagados antes o en el 4 de junio. Después de esta fecha las cuotas originales para inscripción, que son listadas abajo, aplicarán. Las cuotas reducidas no están disponibles después del 4 de junio.
- La inscripción tiene que ser completado para el 16 de julio para asegurar nuestra habilidad de transportar los estudiantes al principio del año escolar.
Cuotas
- Kindergarten -$140 cuota, $100 cuota si es elegible para el incentivo
- Grados 1 y 2 - $145 cuota, $105 cuota si es elegible para el incentivo
- Grado 3 -$158 cuota, $118 cuota si es elegible para el incentivo
- Grados 4-8 -$153 cuota, $113 cuota si es elegible para el incentivo
- SVHS -$168 cuota $128 cuota si es elegible para el incentivo

- SOLO los estudiantes con un saldo restante de CERO son elegibles para la inscripción temprana
- Las cuotas de arriba no han aumentado, pero incluye los artículos requeridos cuyos precios fueron separados en los años previos.
Inscribirse a tiempo es una función importante de nuestra comunidad en apoyar las escuelas. Inscribirse y pagar las cuotas a tiempo no solo apoya nuestro proceso presupuestario, pero más importante aún permite las escuelas y transporte que operen lo más suave posible desde el principio del año escolar.
