Notice is hereby given that Meridian Community Unit School District 223 (“District”), Illinois, is intending to address energy conservation and savings measures at its facilities through a guaranteed energy savings contract pursuant to 105 ILCS 5119b-1 et seq. The District is intent to approve an agreement amendment with ENGIE Services U.S. at a scheduled Board Meeting on 3/16/2023. Board Meeting details can be found here 48 hours prior to the meeting:
